Only if the shareholders put up a fight. They're slick as hell. Keep us all in the dark, tell us they don't know how many shareholders there are to prevent a special meeting, then line up a buyer at cost (who also will make 1.5 mill just for making the offer), convert the entire debt into debtor in possession so capsource can pick up another 1.2 million, sell to a private company, skip away into the sunset scott free!
They have probably been planning this since they let A&M go. And they make it look so legit. They been talking BK from the beginning to scare off lenders. They could have sold anyone of the pieces to retire some debt.
I'll write the court myself if nobody steps forward.
