Brokers that allow OTC transfer???

I use shrebuilder. They charge 15% for shares under a dollar!!


A good broker that is under $10, and has no low price surcharge, or atleast less than 10%.

Many firms won't allow me to bring in OTC. selling would then cost my the 15%
