One of the issues with talking about dilution is that folks get so irrational and spend so much time in denial. If all the news from management and the like just simply came clean maybe they could have couched the dilution in such a fashion that buyers would flock and eat the shares at a higher price so there would be let vomit into the float. Still it is not the KOD unless there is more blood to be let on the heels of this....knew it was dilution from the start...can see why anyone would fight so hard to deny it. Board gets hurt by those tactics....gltua in the future...it's probably not over though...
