GREAT CATCH COMPUTERBUX!! PR's use the word SOON IF it is going to be days or even weeks.

IMMEDIATELY means NEXT DAY. It makes sense to me that the dividend would coincide with the date of takeover...or TODAY!

CB, what is your guess at the date you have to be invested here to receive the dividend??
