............he agrees with Martin that the announcment of the nxt conveertible should come sooner than later. Apparently, the longer they hold the money the more interest they accrue but maybe they are prohibited from early prepayment and it is not due yet. Until Bob proves me wrong I am of the opinion that the next convertible will be paid before it becomes due. I also think that shareholders need to be updated on a few things as follows (1) PIMD--has it closed (2) status of all DEA licenses for controlled substances and generic substances; (3) announcment of actual orders form Hong Kong and China. All I know is it becomes increasingly difficult to generate buying in the stock because pople got in at .50 and averaged down a few times from there. I know I got in at .19, .26, .55 and in the .80's and/or .90's. I know my family has bought as well as friends so I get hit not only on this board but on telephone calls all day.

Notwithstanding I beleive PIMD will be completed, licenses acquired and next convertible will be paid or I am taking boat to Hong Kong!
