Am not exactly sure where your enthusiasm and optimism are based but, from the facts as I see them, the current closing pps is .0252, which translates into a pre r/s subpenny valuation of .00126. Perhaps you are seeing something which eludes me.
I believe it is extremely important to use the pre r/s pps as a reference standard against which all subsequent pps should be measured since, by that simple r/s act, the managers of this company decimated the value of the stock owned by the current shareholders at that time.
