Did you happen to ask him why they won't update there financial info for stockholders. Their stock price could be so much higher without the skull and crossbones. I would sink that with a higher stock price they could get a better financing deal and s&t buyout deal. The shareholders I think that they are hiding their financials for a reason if they are profitable then why not update?
