A/S doesn't change market cap...the O/S does...my main concern was are there any new notes: NO. My second concern was are we just about done with convertible debt once and for all: YES

As I mentioned previously he increased the A/S as a safety net not knowing at what price the last bit of convertible debt would convert at. We all knew it had to be increased to accommodate the remaining debt....I suggest you contact him directly and express your outrage and disgust by such an increase but either way we all knew it has to increased to accommodate the rest of the debt.
