WHY-down-with-all-the-greatNews???

and SLIDE will continue until NTEK corporate addresses SHARE structure in official corporate statement, AND the NP-1 is received and reviewed by 1000's,,,,,not a 100 insiders

2 compelling reasons:

1.) Foleys antics weighed heavily on every early shareholder……when it came to REALIty with Foley's sentencing……the gradual and continuous sells began(Oct/Nov 2013)

2.) in true PENNY fashion, no one believes a great run will last…..when this hit upward resistance that was sustained……THAT SENT A SIGNAL…..and the gradual selling began

what is interesting to note, is that with the continuous selling, the stock has not TANKED big…i.e..lost chunks of 10-20 on a bad day or losing 30-40 over a bad week………really hasn't happened, somewhat a testimony to the buyers

MY BIGGEST issue is the ETHICAL circle of friends that Foley leaves behind,,,,,is it enough to implode NTEK…they still are "DARK" with respect to SEC filings

Lastly, the NEWS here is VERY DEEP in the tech world, and the PENNY investor, and general market buyer do not grasp the tech dynamics…..its too complex to some degree…………BUT, that shouldn't keep the products from being reviewed by the nerds….the lack of NP-1 "buyer" reviews is the "ethics" question uncovered…IMO
