If you noticed that administration expenses went up considerably in the later quarters and at the same time treasury stock was bought and resold noted in the increase in common shares out in the market with again a buy back of other equity all under a entity that is not the parent entity.


The parent entity as we know is broke owing money to the other said entity though some kind of derivative deal I would imagine that put debt on to the parent company.



Now because this derivative debt can be paid in shares that are now owned by the common shareholders to insiders for the derivative debt owed well it is a sad outcome to say the least for the common shareholder to loose there shares but collateral was wanted for services rendered and I can't blame the union for demanding it to have its members work for less then there skill set allowed them to work for.


That is the risk in buying stocks but you can't expect family folk to work for nothing but there is money to be made if you can get a social insurance number in Quebec it is just a way to dry up liquidity and stick it to the french for all the hand outs they get from the federal government that the have provinces support with there raw resources that some in the east like to think it belongs to them as well due the fact it is there capital that helps to bring it out of the ground as well when central banks lend to local western banks and then lend to private enterprise were public enterprise of course does not borrow from banks as we know but from insiders of the company that put up the seed money " the french Canadians in this case not that have anything against french Canadians we do much the same thing when it comes to the oil sands in the west here as the french Canadians do with technology and manufacturing in the east.
