OTHM will be transparent when they file a transparent filing that is according to GAAP standards and accompanied by an attorney letter.

Then one would see they have virtually no fundamental value at all and the only "worth" is the share structure of a public company, which would most likely then need to do a reverse split, especially if it is true that the goal is to no longer be a pink shet company.

I think it is dilution going into the demise of OTHM.

We will see who is correct here. My track record speaks for itself.

Beware of the hype is my opinion. Nothing is fundamentally different whatsoever at this juncture.

It's a trade, at best.
