They were also forced to file a revised 14C which may include some of his "clarity". I think the clarity was in his conversion, but the market didn't react as we all anticipated. Market will catch up soon, no concerns here. Company is very undervalued and aggressively moving forward with a huge construction project that will put them on the map.
