If Shire buy Intellect it will be a heck alot more then debt plus 40 million.

It might be debt and .25 to .75 cents per share but you saying tops .12 cent no way will that be allowed.

You see .025 to .05 cents withing the next few months or sooner without a merger or sale.New license agreement Pfizer settlement puts its there.

Who knows we might get a full update from our part time 1/4 day a week on friday leader.

We just might hear something regarding the EOP appeal and the additional patent claims and if issued makes that legal issue moot and triggers another 2 million milestone payment.

I think the additaonal patent claims dispute from the patent office from my understanding were very straightforth and I beleive they are coming or already have.

Maza already set on the TOC-1 patent for over a full Quarter before he announced it so no telling what been withheld from shareholders.
