He says revenues only for the co they bought, no mention of NET revenues, loss, liabilities etc, I'm sure they are in the RED big time IF they even exist

Do your dd with Vince and all his previous co and current co he owns and runs. Only one benefiting is him collecting his fat pay while he dilutes this to 8 billion shares

Sickening to watch this like this go on, only in corporate America I guess, there is always a naive fool out there who doesn't do any due diligence and buys this blindly only to fatten up Vinnies wallet.

First off the co was at .0001 with a market cap of 3-400,000 K when they claimed to have received a 5 million credit loan lol. Who would offer you 5 million when your market value is 3-400k. Secondly they buy this so called 10's of million revenue company again with their market worth and valuation of 4-500k. NEVER are the NET LOSESS ever disclosed and one can boast tens of millions in revenue from Africa and Middle East- NOBODY is buying his spew, unaudited spew.
His email is listed on every PR, I've tried multi times to email and call and never received on reply back

Why has he diluted about 3 billion almost half the co for peanuts at .0001? And more so .00005 warrants ?
