It's great to see the SP climbing towards $2 on steady and strong volume recently.

With Kevetrin humming along wonderfully at DF and dosing at over twice a level confirmed to show tumor shrinkage, ABSSSI patients being healed by Brilacidin as we speak, FDA orphan drug designation possible any day now for Brilacidin - OM, and Prurisol set to begin human dosing very soon, I am very happy with how everything is coming together.

Let's give Leo some credit! The man has taken the company from the verge of a Polymedix type devastating collapse to a rapidly emerging biotech with not 1, not 2, but 3 outstanding drug candidates for their respective indications. (With how many others idling in preclinicals with immense potential - hello KM391 for autism?!)

Most young biotechs would gladly take on ANY of these compounds as a flagship. We have THREE chances to hit a home run, with Kevetrin and Brilacidin being so robust in their respective area that they hold the potential to span across many multiple indications - multiple times up to the plate, where they can each hit multiple home runs! All we need is ONE from one compound!

And the best part of this is even the biggest skeptics and manipulators can try to twist and spin all sorts of negative narratives about the company with no success. No one can question the undeniable clinical trial progress being made. 2 of 3 compounds are now in essence out of the hands of management, and in the very capable hands of 2 extremely professional teams that specialize in conducting clinical trials that will yield exactly what CTIX ultimately needs to move UP - concrete human clinical trial efficacy data that can start to quantify and validate a monetary value for each compound. The market must react to this.

I know for some holders it has been hard to sit and hold as the great biotech run of 2013-14 has been in full swing, but I continue to believe this is the single most compelling young biotech investment out there with the greatest potential ROI.

It's going to be fun to wake up one morning, and watch as in one swift move CTIX blows past many of the other excellent companies that have been on steady and strong runs already.

I expect a slingshot up. We long term investors have become desensitized and conditioned to expect good news PRs to do little to none in SP increase, which will make the next jump all that much more jarring and exciting. Critics of the enthusiasm in Leo's PRs will be muted, as at that point the science and the stock price will speak plenty clear for him.

The day is coming when the full spectrum of data and comprehensive analysis of what is taking place at Dana Farber becomes known to the world, and at that point and time we will no longer be discussing whether the stock price can go up 7 cents to hit and hold $2, we will be speculating at how many multiples of current price we can expect the price to settle in as it settles into a new trading range that is significantly higher than the current market cap.

The best is still to come here, and I am glad to be onboard for the ride.

IMO smile
