Nope, I don’t care about what the posters say but I do care about what the company’s management says. They promised news back in December. That was three months ago. Nothing!!!! Nada!!!!

In penny land and specifically this sector when the company promises news or if major questions come up and the management goes silent…. It is a huge red flag!!!!
You can take that to the bank!!

Never good for the shareholders.

Instead of the shareholders cheerleading and making excuses for the company’s inadequacies they should be holding the company’s managements feet to the fire and demanding answers.

When they tell me they are going to release news and they don’t they lose credibility. In penny land that is crucial. Now when they say they aren’t diluting or aren’t going to dilute why should I believe them?

Typically a non-response is the same as saying yes that is exactly what I am doing. Seen it way too many times.

Hope I am wrong. Tell me why would a company sit on good news while the price of the stock drops? Maybe like the IR says “when they have news they will release it immediately.” Tells me they have no news.

For the record, been doing a bit more DD on FITX and reading a lot of posts etc. This whole deal (PHOT/FITX) smells of a major pump and dump for many reasons. It has more holes in it than the proverbial Swiss cheese.

It certainly looks like Bill bought the sucker for a penny, ate the sucker and sold PHOT the stick for a dollar. JMHO
