I have also done extensive DD on IP processes and the EU durations of approval. Once the patent is Published the is still a length of time wether it be a few month to 1 year before excepting the patent to be granted.. Looks at minimum svfc IP patent approval if fast tracked will be aleast May to June before it's granted.. So the post about it could happen anyday is just not true.. The first step is actual the eu publication.. IMO I think June would be a good guess for the earliest approval date.
