lets use your pizza analogy...i order a pizza... 3 hrs later, i havent recieved it...i call the pizza joint and you answer... i complain about the time it is taking to get my pizza... im told that a specific time frame was never promised...im asked for my experience and pizza credentials for daring to believe i should have received it by now...its demanded that i show some sort of documented proof that 3 hrs is too long...im asked if i think i could do better...etc etc...

it has now been days since i ordered my pizza and kim has not yet delievered it... but im supposed to show proof thats its been longer than normal...lol
