The beef I have with NVOB is that they left the a/s at 5,000,000,000 after the split. They also give their shareholders another 400,000,000 shares. This wasn't explained before the split happened so I wasn't able to make an informed decision on weather to get out pre split. To say that NVOB has no responsibility to SBRH shareholders is just wrong.
