Orfices, can't you just overnight some from a distributor, 1/4" x 1" with .003 hole. ahhhh yes you can!

3 weeks, what, is this the 1st time they used d20? No, they should already know the orfice size needed and have the orfices!

Complete bs/lying, good business would just source them, overnight them, and PR we are producing like we said we would be at end of Feb. 2014.
