I think the only thing that people are going to argue about it the face value thing. if when it says they are redeemable for face value in cash or .20 cents worth of commons and the face value for cash is really the common stock price then hopefully everyone still realizes they can get their 20 cents a share but just in common shares which can then be sold onto the market for the cash. No matter what you will get your .20 cents even if face value for cash means the common PPS. Then don't get cash convert to commons and sell them to get your .20 a share
