This will be different for one reason: Criminals love to be involved in criminal activities. Drugs are still by and large, criminal. Marijuana is right up their alley. They will love to be involved in this sector, and they will be inspired, and work hard in it.

Formerly crap companies will explode now, because criminals love drugs.

I think PRPM will prosper.
