LOL! Better go back and re-read all information.There as no 400 Million ,there as nothing but loss all the way.They had to return every single coin they pulled up from the bottom of the ocean/All coins returned. Was one of the silliest ,backward ruling of all time in my opinion.

Basically the Florida courts said they didn't have jurisdiction to decide the case ,so they had to ship it all back to spain.They ended up settling for I believe 1 Million in attorneys fees to Spain,talk about insult to injury.

I've always thought they should pursue Spain for the goods but good luck winning that battle on Spains own turf.
