as far as the RSI goes... another "little" stock i've been in
$NTE*... when it started it's ascent end of MAY, begining of June 2013 price was .014-ish, RSI was just getting to 70, stayed ABOVE 70 (and actually above 90 for a bit towards end of run) for over a MONTH(thru 1st week in JULY) and the price went to .14....
positive assessment of a company will contradict technicals (for a time)... this is on its way UP...IMO
