Second thing where he is absolutely wrong IMO is that he states it only makes sense to sell monday morning if you have a lower price entry point average. That makes no sense at all. In such a situation it doesn't matter where one bought the stock. The decision is really easy. If one thinks that he can sell at the open and buy back lower again he should try that, doesn't matter what his average is. If one thinks it might be difficult to buy back lower one has to hold. Pretty easy decision but it certainly doesn't have anything to do with anyone's average price in the beginning.
If you think about it, it's pretty logical. I know that rookies often make that error in reasoning though.
