We already know what the CPM is for Marvel and DC. It doesn't hurt them. The SEC filing said what CPM they were trying for. Benny said that some spaces will demand a premium. I assume that there are ways to get discounts. Advertisers know these things. Publishing an average CPM that they will get, couldn't hurt them much, especially when the number will be out this year anyway.
Not announcing it is causing untold damage to the companies stock and ability to borrow money, assuming they have a reasonable CPM and profit.
The only reason not to announce is, an unsustainably low CPM, or not enough advertisers to break even.
