I've been here from the beginning when VMHIF was spun off from FASC. Over the years there has several press releases announcing agreements with indian tribes to construction of pellet sites near Lake Cowichan to a pellet plant in Baton Rouge. I've tried to catch the company in a lie for years, but haven't been successful. The closest thing to a lie I've seen is in their latest MD&A that references previous MD&As that are clearly not what was in their previous public filings. Their MO is to announce things when they occur, but when they fall through, you won't hear what happend. In this case though, I have evidence of them pursuing these sites in Louisiana and in many respects these are better projects from a fiber supply, financing, and distribution perspective. Of all the stars that are lined up in the sky, this seems most promising. It's all or nothing and hopefully this isn't a hail mary pass. The fact that there is an unsecured private placement makes me think that it isn't, but something happened in Baton Rouge to either delay or eliminate their project there. I wish they would come out and say it. I don't believe the fiber basket studies are the reason.
