Beat me too it ddm!

I was thinking before sleep this morning (night crew) that I was going to post about doing some Massive DD this weekend on how this shorting rule will affect stocks, most notably triple 000s.

If we could somehow figure out a way to get ahead of the curve on this one, the gains could mount up quite nicely this month. I need to read a bit more but my initial reaction is that MMs are going to have to cover their short positions and ESPECIALLY their naked short positions...

With FIN ramping up their book keeping on suspensions and such, MMs aren't going to be able to hide their tactics in defunct stocks very easily. The number of defunct companies and shells are decreasing at a rapid rate and any shells that are hanging by a thread are making filings to keep their share structurs intact for future movement.
