Interesting! I just read this on another board but it was a copy paste of alot of stuff I simply don't understand. One thing did stick out as of march 14th they are discontinuing
NSCCs borrowing of stock program..

Does this mean that shorting a stock will have more restrictions? Restrictions of MMs manipulation abilities?

I believe they have been bringing DSCR with every tactic they can think of.
Any thoughts on this?
