Sorry all. It wasn't my intention to take this hub off on a tangent. I felt that the modified citrus pectin product was, in fact, very related to the value of GR-MD02 in that it is advertised as a galectin-3 blocker. Also I believe a competitor of GALT is La Jolla Pharm. and from what I understand, their NASH trial results are out just before GALT's. Based on my understanding, that drug is supposed to be based on a modified citrus pectin--also a Galectin blocker. Though, some of the differences between the GALT and LJPC drug candidates are spelled out here (p.21):

Certainly not trying to bash GALT or it's product, just a firm believer in being informed. Plus, I really like the science side of this stuff.

I will try to stick to questions and info. that are more directly pertinent to the investment.
