I think the claims about WM are like Pinksheet mining companies stating they have claims or "potential resevres". So long as KU is in "some" WMs they won't come after him for that because he could always claim that their "goal" was to be in 90% of the stores. No, I think the release of the financials will eventually be the down fall because even Bogus Mining Companies on the Pinksheets (w/o audited financials) do NOT make claims of revenues, profits, etc... as a tool to sell shares to the unsuspecting public. Now anyone can rightfully claim that BBDA put out false financials figures (regardless if their audited or not- now that its in the public domain)! At the very least spark an IRS audit which BTW- they have to file Tax Returns every year so if their Tax Return numbers are NO WHERE near the claims they're putting out to the public- gotcha.....lawsuit waiting to happen!!!
