1b is much to low. Vakser used 3b for several asset deals (superstar, motovox, artsfest, PBHG, etc.) and the new
management cancelled all this deals. But the shares are still gone!?

We need at least 3b shares retired so the revised O/S would be at 3b again. Thats a manageable S/S.
