In February the number of outstanding shares went up from 124 million to 197 million.
What do they do with the 73 million shares ?
- Debt reduction (most likely)
- Paying current bills (most likely)
- Partnering with somebody (maybe)

We are all waiting for news. I don't think one of us would accept 73 million shares without a detailed update about the company.
Now guess why 73 million shares changed hand ? There is progress and we'll hear about it this month (March).
