Each Series C Preferred share of PVEC stock "may" be redeemed for face value in cash or $0.20 worth of PVEC common stock on 09/17/2014. However, "if" the price per share of PVEC stock is higher than face value of $0.20 it may be redeemed for one share of PVEC common stock at the current price per share.

Some traders will not tie up their investment for six months - waiting on this dividend. Others will wait. An individual choice of course.
