The last time I checked you grow marihuana, not manufacture it, therefore an agriculture building used for growing a product would be proper for this zoning classification.

"Since then the town has given CEN Biotech a building permit to put up an agricultural building."

Sounds like a go to me. If I am incorrect please post a link that proves they are in violation of the zoning reg. for that location. Thanks.
