The shareholders are the people that are interested. That news is just a small bit of information. It does show that the court considers the actions of Weitzel as potentially improper and therefore not covered by the corporations legal protections.

That makes fighting this law suit personally expensive for the defendants. One potential consequence is a change in their attitude towards mediation.
