Generally speaking, when a public company applies to the SEC or to FINRA to get something approved, they usually do not issue press releases while waiting for Government approval. They want the Government agency to sign off on their documents and not keep endlessly asking for more information. Once they have Government approval, they will publish press releases with new information. So have patience folks.
