With a patent pending in the Washington DC. Patent Office,no one else can duplicate
your product and if you get the patent no one can duplicate your product for a period
of years depending what your patent is.That is why you want to keep "Patent Pending"
as long as you can.
Either way, by that time Fspm will have sold thousands of Pharm pods.
