I don't know the technicalities when it comes to those things. I guess you would have to call fushion pharm, ask them the same question I did and then call a patent agency or patent attorney. I'm just not sure. It does concern me though long term that their product is easily replicated. That's why I am here for a quick flip. I own 11,500 shares of this company, I've already made $20,000 my first time around with this company and this is probably my last time around with them. Waiting for big news (earnings) then I'll be dumping everything for another profit. The long term scares me.
