None of this 'Easy' explanation explains mine (ETrade) and several other posters' inability to get the 1s.

On the other hand somebody posted that they were able to get the order filled for $0.00005 this week.

Confusing: Yes
Easy: No.

I am leaning more towards believing in 'The Force' theory.
