No they didn't! And because you believe they did, that's why it's so easy to sucker traders into scams like this.

Show me the filings that Village tea reverse merged into HRDN!!

Like I said, I'm one of very few who know what's happening behind the scenes.

Village tea is a very real company, and will not put there reputation on the line for a MJ scam. They want their company to grow enough to be bought out.
