There are 8 large block owners. If this company wasn't going anywhere, investment managers and strategic entities would not even own 0.01% of this stock. Look up all of these "hot hemp & mjna" stocks that are supposedly going to make millions and I guarantee you investment managers and strategic entities have no interest whatsoever.
