Deal was done in Panama. Option Agreement between Princess Petroleum of Belize City, Belize CA represented by Hamdi Karagozoglu and Treaty Energy Corporation of Nevada represented by Andrew Vincent Reid dated 20th April 2010.

Treaty should have disclosed details of the deal in SEC reporting around that time - can someone check?
