I guess i stand corrected...

a lousy 20k bid shouldnt have moved the next bid to 1 penny.....i just dont get it......maybe there is a slight chance that they will anounce a preliminary deal with cnooc once the countries agree to go forward.....or maybe the inactivity just has strange bids and asks...i dont know
