Time to start hitting the ask to make DCLT move up and it will get noticed. Bid sitting will just encourage selling for stuck holders if you know what I mean. Look at this chart and low floater it can hit .01+ easy on 10-15M shares. The company has revenues and a going business which is rare in penny land. Once we brea .005 and hold it will run organically and if we get some news updates which are long over due it can move to multiple pennies.
