Echolie,

As an investor you should be happy that Echo is taking all the right steps to ensure a successful product is sent to the customer. As well you should realize that you have to see it through to the end. As an "Engineer in the in automotive industry", you must know that a system like this has to be tested thoroughly before mass production. If the company was the size of GM, Ford, or Chrysler they could just do a recall and all would be well. You as a shareholder would really feel the effects of an incident that could have been prevented with just a little more testing. I checked out the site on hydrophi, and to me they might have a decent product, but not a lot of info as to how long the product lifecycle is, the dangers of having this system, the cost of the system, or the ROI on the system.

You are not in the investment business because you care about our environment, or because you want fossil fuel consumption and dependency reduced. You are in it for the money! I encourage you to go to the truck show yourself, ask them the questions you are telling other people to ask, talk to every employee from lab rat to engineer, and get your answers yourself.

Maybe you're correct in your assumptions, but maybe you just do not realize what it takes to provide a dependable, reliable product that does not fail the end customer.

Yours truly, drivecycle man!
