I got a question. if Authorized shares are a 100 mill and the company decides to sell of it , however the outstanding shares are say 60 mill and the current price is 0.0017, since the authorized shares is still 100 mil can the shares still be got at a much lower price than the market price without buying it at what people sell. In other words if the company decided to sell the A/S at .0001 can we still get it at that if all the shares are not sold but the current price is higher?
