Yancy...how about champagne or the none alcohol one...LOL ! I know wlfo (now with a e) obviously ran into a major financial obstacle but I honestly believe it' s just being delayed. Besides, many pinks came out alive before after a long period of inactivity. I remain positive...here' s some fyi pertaining to the need of low-cost houses in the PH's. Have a nice day !
