It would depend on who bought them... if one of us bought them then yes. If they were bought to settle a deficit by a clearing house then no... This is the time when MMs balance their checkbooks... Up until now, the purchases have been been outpacing the sales. A lot of people have been playing with shares they didn't actually have.
