That's just being slightly delusional and ignoring the facts at hand here. It just doesn't make sense in any universe for STBV to hold over 0.0005 for more than another month at this rate of float increase with the 0.0001's onto the common market. Unless there is some incredibly drastic change, yes, all the facts point to this eventually going below 0.0005 no matter what STBV as a company does.
